An admin bar will be turned on by default in WordPress 3.1.
For many WordPress users, this is just another thing that needs to be turned off. Ozh has already created a plugin that will disable the admin bar. If you’re playing around with WordPress on the bleeding edge, this plugin will be handy for you.

Themeopoly is officially out of private beta. They have launched with three free themes (ZenBlog, SimpleCO, and SearchPress) and one paid theme called Aegis.
Aegis is available now for $20.They plan to price their paid themes between $15 to $35 in the future.
Themeopoly has had over 650 downloads of their three free themes.

Matt Danner announced yesterday that they have responded to requests from the members of their community. They have added a CMS theme to the Mobile plugin.
The theme is called Starter CMS and comes automatically with the newest update of Mobile. Mobile is included for free with the purchase of any theme from iThemes.
